Our turn-key meteorological measurement station placed on-site collects data for one year, in parallel to permitting processes. We then use this data to correct systematic errors inherent in satellite data. With our ready-to-use measurement station, we can carry out a one-year measurement campaign, to correct systematic errors in the satellite databases.

FUTURE provides a highly reliable solar resource assessment

Installed for 12 months, an autonomous turnkey meteorological station collects key site data (irradiation, temperature, humidity, etc.) at 5-minute intervals. 

The campaign is carried out without impacting the project schedule, in parallel with the permiting and grid connection processes.

By correcting uncertainties in satellite databases through calibration and post-processing, FUTURE provides a highly reliable, data-backed P90 scenario that enables the PV project promoter and developer to negotiate more favorable debt sizing, thereby reducing equity investment costs. 

FUTURE reduces irradiance uncertainty from 3% to 0.5%, and the P90/P50 ratio by around 1.5%, ensuring the economic viability of your project. As a result, FUTURE helps developers to increase the P90 by 2% and reduce the equity contribution by up to 20%.
